During the 1st grade year in music we focus on learning the solfege tones So, Mi and La. We also practice our steady beat skills while playing instruments. First graders learn how to write rhythms using ta, ti-ti and rest! There's always lots to learn, but we find time to enjoy fun singing games during class!
