7th grade

Introduction to World Language: 1 Quarter

This elective course gives students a taste of three different

languages: Spanish, French, and German.  Students study

each language for approximately 3 weeks, learning things such as

basic greetings, the alphabet, numbers 0-100, colors,

and days & months. 

8th grade

Español I: 1 year

This elective, high school level course, provides students

with the opportunity to start their 9th grade year in Spanish II.

This is a fast-paced course, however, it is very rewarding, and

with a positive attitude, can be a lot of fun! 

I would suggest that students who have 3s (a C average) or

higher in 7th grade English and Intro to World Language

are best able to handle the workload

and grammatical concepts.
