My name is Shelly Brockhaus.  This is my 21st  year teaching kindergarten, and I love it! 

     I received my BA in Elementary Education/Early Childhood from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD and my MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College here in Nebraska.  Professional organizations to which I belong include:  Christian Educators Association International.

I love to read.  My favorite children's author is Robert Munsch, and my favorite author of adult books is Karen Kingsbury.  She writes Christian Fiction.

        I'm married to Mr. B, the PE teacher.  We have three children and a cat named Jake.  In my free time, I do art projects, read, and hang out with my family.
