Me & My Friends

Here are our people that we created with our families.   We are all unique, fun, and special!

We clapped out the syllables of our names this week.  Most of us have 2 syllables in our name.

Ooey-gooey fun!  We painted with our feet!

This feels cold and slippery!

Oooooh!  This feels funny.

Quick!  Get your feet washed before the principal finds out!?

A Foot Bath...

Mrs. Moneymaker just couldn't resist!

Here's our Funny Foot Road.

We read a fun poem about footprints.

Who was walking on our ceiling???

We graphed our names.  Most of us have 5 letters.  We also use math terms like 'equal', 'more', 'how many more?', 'less', and 'how many less?'

Here's our growth chart.  Mrs. Brockhaus measured how tall are.  We'll measure again in May to see if we grew taller.

Hand painting on the windows was tickly, slippery, gooey, and fun!...and we promised Mrs. Kathy that we'd clean them.

We started journaling this week.  Here's the chart in our classroom so that we remember all of the things that we need to do.  We journal every day and keep our papers in our journal folders.  We'll share them at student-parent-teacher conferences.

Even Betty, our class bear, got to come to the Ice Cream Social.  Thanks to everyone for coming.  The "K" Kids were delighted to share their classroom with you.

Here are the results of our ice cream topping graph.  We'll let the PTA know that they need to purchase lots of sprinkles for next year, but they don't need to buy much strawberry topping for us.
