Me & My Friends

Here are our people that we created with our families.   We are all unique, fun, and special!

Monday, we finished up a couple of bear activities.  We made porridge to see why Goldilocks liked it so much.  Then we graphed our favorite kind.

We hand printed on the windows...Our motto in kindergarten is "Learning is Hands-On"!

We used our hands to make unique and special hand prints on the windows.  The quote of the day was, "My mom wouldn't want me to do this at home!"

Painting handprints was fun, but foot painting was "slippery, tickly, slimy, gooey, slick, sticky, cold!, gooshy squishy, and wet".

Stop in our classroom and see our "Funny Feet" bulletin board.

These giant footprints are on our ceiling with the poem.  Beware when you visit!

Many of our math lessons this week helped us learn our about our friends and practice reading their names.  We also practiced lots of math words like more, less, equal, how many more? and how many less?  We are getting to be graphing experts!

We measured how tall we all are.

Here's the graph to display the color of our eyes.

Which has the most?  Which has the least?  Were there any equal?  How many more blue than green?  Were there less blue or green?  Why didn't we have any orange?
