It's Center Time!

A child's work is play so we have "Free Choice Center Time" daily in our classroom.
Here's a sample of some of the centers that we are doing...

We found the word "the" at the reading center.

We are building words at the overhead center.

We're taking a break and helping a friend tie his shoe.

We're learning about measuring at the computer center.

We're role playing at the playhouse center.

We're displaying our creativity and improving our fine motor skills at the art center.

We're building at the Magnetix Center.

We're building and inventing at the Lego Center.

We're reading and singing a song from our Reading Chart Center.

We're sorting and examining bugs at the Bug Center...thank goodness they're not real!

Oh, no!  Our computer's broken!  We're 'helping' Mr. Wolfe fix it.  He even let us keep the broken component so that we could put it in our "Fix It" Center.

We're learning about maps at the Map Center.  Look we found a compass on the map!
