What happens when you mix shredded toilet tissue, grated bar soap, and water?  You get Clean Mud!  Clean Mud makes great snowballs when it's too cold to make snowballs outside.

On Wednesday, we played the game "Melt An Ice Cube".  Did any of you try it at home?

I rolled a 3 so I have to blow on my ice cube.

Oh, no!  I rolled a 2 and have to drop it down on my shirt.

Here goes...

Burr.  This is a cold game!

We read the book Tacky by Helen Lester and created our own "Tackys".  He was an odd little penguin in the book, but his friends found that he was a good bird to have around.

Click on the book for to check out Helen Lester's website.

Here's one of our cute little "Tacky"s.

We also played "Roll A Snowman".

Aren't we creative?

We graphed our favorite color of mittens.  Have your "K" Kids answer the questions on the graph.
