Happy 100th Day of School!!

We cut our 100 charts into 5 pieces.  Then we gave them to a friend to see if they could put the puzzle together.

We looked for patterns on the 100 chart.  We counted by 5's and 10's.

We read Wolf's Chicken Stew.  Uncle Wolf baked 100 cookies for the little chicks.

Zero the Hero did a little magic for us.  With a lot of shaking the pennies and dancing, she changed 100 pennies into a dollar bill!

We read 100 Hungry Ants and made 100 ants.  Everyone had to make 5.  It took us a long time!

Here we are!  All set for the 100th Day of School!

We all jumped through the zero to start our celebration!

We predicted where 100 steps from our classroom door would take us.

100 Steps will take us to…

The principal's office--Aden
Outside--Kylee
The office--Yates
Your house--Kara
My house--Tymber
Mrs. Schneider's classroom--Nolan
The lunchroom--Tyler
My home--Cameron
The playground--Bryan
The playground--Zachary W.
The gym--Angel
Outside--Abi
The office--Alyssa
The lunchroom--Zach
My house--Dalton
The lunchroom--Mikayla
The lunchroom--Haley
The playground--Jacob
The parking lot--Owen

100 steps took us to the double doors by the library!

Mrs. Brockhaus brought 100 things in these bags.  Can you guess what's inside?

...100 balloons!  If you're going to celebrate, you have to decorate!

Look, a balloon tower!

This is fun!

We predicted how tall a stack of 100 books would be.  Our predictions are taped on the door frame.  We all predicted too high.  Guess who got the closest?
