Learning About our Bodies

 

Meet Mr. Bones...we learned that we have 206 bones.  We name/labeled some of them.  Do you know where your biggest bone is?  How about your smallest bones?

Here's a sample of the skeletons that we made.

We checked Mr. Body out from the Media Center.  We learned about the squishy organs in our body...How big is your brain?  How big is your heart?  How many chambers are in your heart?

We matched body parts to their names.

We worked with our Sixth Grade Buddies to trace and label our own bodies.

Here's our Doctor's Office Center...

We kept records of all of the patients seen in our Doctor's Office.
