We Went On A Bear Hunt!

Our opening theme was bears so we all brought our favorite stuffed bear or animal to school with us.  Throughout the week, we read to them, measured them, and sorted them.  On Wednesday, our kindergarten animals led us on an adventure through the school.  We left them in our classroom while we went to music.  Apparently, they got lonely, too, so they left us a note and took off.  When we returned, we had to go looking for them.  It took awhile, but we found them in the office, having a meeting with Mrs. Roberts and Mr. Farwell.  Throughout our search, we found that there are a lot of super people in our building that want to keep us safe and help us learn.

Oh, No!!

Asking Mrs. Engelbart (in first grade) if she's seen our animals.

Checking with Mr. Weatherall, our custodian, to see if he knows where our bears went.

Mrs. Ford, the reading teacher didn't know either.

Mrs. Walls (second grade) thought one of the animals almost tripped her in the hallway.

Mrs. Rice (Gifted Education) and Mrs. Cobelens (2/3 grade teacher) hadn't seen a thing.

Finally!  We found them in Mrs. Roberts' office.

They were having a meeting with Mrs. Roberts and Mr. Farwell.
