Howdy from Texas!

We are from Giddings, which is about 1 hour East of Austin-the capital.  Our state flag is the only flag that can fly as high as the U.S. flag and our state capitol building is the tallest capital building in the U.S.-7 feet taller than the Nation's capital building.  We have the largest herd of white-tail deer and the most wool produced than any other state.  Dr. Pepper was invented in Texas, along with Jalapeno Pepper Jelly.  ☺The first word spoken on the moon was Houston.  Austin is considered the Live Music Capital of the world.
