 Hello from the "Heart of Dixie".....

We live in Hoover, Alabama, a fast-growing city 20 minutes south of Birmingham.  In Alabama you will find beautiful beaches, lakes, rivers, forests and mountains.  Our major universities (University of Alabama and Auburn University) are huge football rivals.  We are home to winners of American Idol and many famous people such as Helen Keller and Booker T. Washington.  If you like bar-b-que, seafood, ice-cold sweet tea, grits, fried foods and wonderful desserts~ come to Alabama.  Visit in the summer and find sunny days and temperatures in the 90's.
